Luxtex wasn't created overnight.

It was built from years of experience as a professional balloon stylist and a simple belief that our industry deserved better.

While running my own event styling business, I experienced the same frustrations many balloon stylists know all too well. Ordering from multiple suppliers, trying to match balloon colours from a computer screen only to be disappointed when they arrived looking completely different, fumbling with packaging and watching balloons spill everywhere, and spending valuable time searching for the right products instead of creating beautiful installations.

I couldn't help but wonder why there wasn't an Australian wholesale brand built specifically for professional balloon stylists.

I knew there had to be a better way.

Over the following year, while continuing to create installations for my own clients, I immersed myself in research. I spoke with balloon stylists across Australia, listened to their challenges, compared suppliers, tested products and asked one simple question:

"If we could start from scratch, what would the ideal wholesale supplier look like?"

The answers were remarkably consistent.

Stylists wanted more than quality balloons.

They wanted thoughtfully curated colour collections, packaging that made life easier, products they could rely on, and a supplier that genuinely understood the way they worked.
