Ordering
Luxtex is a wholesale supplier and is not currently open to the general public. We work with professional balloon stylists, event businesses, retailers and other approved industry professionals who share our passion for quality. To access wholesale pricing and place orders, you'll need an approved Luxtex wholesale account.
Applying is easy. Simply complete our wholesale application form with your business details. Our team will review your application, and once approved, you'll receive access to wholesale pricing and online ordering.

Yes. As a wholesale supplier, Luxtex requires all customers to provide a valid Australian Business Number (ABN) when applying for a wholesale account.
No. We currently have no minimum order value, giving you the flexibility to order exactly what you need, when you need it.

Shipping
Orders placed before 1:00 pm (AEST) on business days are typically dispatched the same day. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details, allowing you to monitor your delivery from dispatch through to arrival.
At this stage, Luxtex ships Australia-wide only. We're focused on providing the best possible service to our Australian customers, with international shipping to be considered in the future.

Absolutely. Luxtex is designed by stylists, for stylists, so your feedback is incredibly valuable to us. We love hearing your ideas and regularly consider customer suggestions when developing new colours, sizes and products.
Not always. While we aim to offer our colours across as many sizes as possible, availability may vary. Please refer to each product page for the current range.
We work closely with our manufacturing partners to achieve the highest possible colour consistency across every production batch. As with all natural latex balloons, slight batch variations may occasionally occur.
Luxtex balloons are manufactured in China by carefully selected manufacturing partners. By working with multiple manufacturers, we're able to offer an extensive range of colours, sizes and products while ensuring every product meets the high standards of quality, consistency and performance that define the Luxtex brand.
Wherever possible, we aim to restock our products as quickly as possible. If an item is temporarily unavailable, we recommend subscribing to our emails or following us on social media to stay informed about restocks and new product arrivals.

The Luxtex Colour Bible is a professional resource designed by stylists, for stylists. More than just a colour reference, it's a practical working tool that grows with your business. With colour references, note pages and a folder design that allows you to add your own documents and resources, it's built to support every stage of your creative process.
As a welcome to Luxtex, you'll receive a complimentary Colour Bible with your first qualifying order of $150 or more. Additional copies are available to purchase for $44.95.
Returns and Support
We take great care when packing every order. If your order arrives damaged or you've received an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos of the issue. We'll work quickly to make it right.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please get in touch with our team. We'll always work with you to find a fair and reasonable solution.
If your order hasn't yet been dispatched, we'll do our best to accommodate any changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible, as we're unable to make changes once an order has been shipped.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If you've received an incorrect item or believe there's a genuine manufacturing fault with a product, please contact our team as soon as possible. We'll investigate the issue and work with you to find a fair resolution.
